These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Vuabai9 ("the Platform", "we", "usour"), governing your access to and use of the Vuabai9 online casino, sports betting, and associated gaming services available athttps://vuabai9.cam and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Vuabai9 platform, through which all transactions and gaming activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of a Player's real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals held within the Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using genuine currency (Malaysian Ringgit, MYR) that are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals from their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a qualifying amount before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer offerings, arcade games, lottery products, and ancillary features available on the platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful, restricted, or requires licensing not held by Vuabai9.

To register and maintain an Account on Vuabai9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Services.
• You are a natural person — corporate accounts, trusts, and entities are not eligible for Player accounts.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful or not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Territory as defined in Section 2of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Vuabai9, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by Vuabai9's compliance team.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated for violation of these Terms, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion order on this platform or other platforms operated by associated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Vuabai9 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify Vuabai9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Vuabai9 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and where activity on the Account raises compliance or fraud concerns. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

• Valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of e-wallet or bank account used for deposits)

Vuabai9 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels. Processing times and transaction limits apply as specified at the point of deposit:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (via FPX — typically5–15 minutes)
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (typically instant)
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (instant), FPX — Financial Process Exchange (5–15 minutes)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed at the point of deposit. Vuabai9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder.

Vuabai9 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independently. Vuabai9 accepts no liability for fees applied by third-party payment processors.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Account has completed the KYC identity verification process in full.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been met in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Account's available balance after accounting for any pending wagers or bonus restrictions.
• The Account is in good standing and not subject to any security review, fraud investigation, or compliance hold.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's name. Vuabai9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Typical processing times are 5–30 minutes for approved e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals, and up to several business hours for FPX bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.

Vuabai9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above designated thresholds. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 7 calendar days may be cancelled and returned to the Account Balance pending resolution.

Vuabai9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x) before any winings derived from such funds may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, individual bets are capped at a maximum of RM250–RM500 per round or transaction unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may contribute at an even lower rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for specific contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the specified validity window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited without recourse.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings. This cap applies only to winings generated from Bonus Funds and does not affect separately accumulated Real Money Funds.
• One Promotion Per Account: Unless explicitly stated, players may not combine multiple active promotions simultaneously. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of one or both promotions.

Vuabai9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be adversely affected by a retroactive change to that specific promotion's terms.

All betting and gaming activities on Vuabai9 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game or bet, Vuabai9 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available system records.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the system will display the updated odds for player confirmation where applicable.
• Vuabai9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (commonly referred to as "past posting").
• In the event of an event being postponed or cancelled, applicable settlement rules will follow standard industry practice (typically void/refund unless the event is rescheduled within a defined window).
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player, and are displayed in the relevant betting interface.

Vuabai9 offers betting markets across football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and international fixtures), UFC and mixed martial arts, basketball, tennis, cricket, and other sports as made available from time to time. Market availability may vary based on jurisdiction and scheduling.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, in addition to any other remedies available to Vuabai9 at law:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in creating a duplicate or linked Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with Vuabai9.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or lopholes in the platform's software — whether casino games, sports markets, or payment systems — to obtain credits, winings, or advantages not intended by the design of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer format available on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity using the platform's deposit or withdrawal infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Vuabai9 customer support.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other tools designed to mask your true geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Vuabai9 customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Vuabai9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has been confirmed or is under investigation.
• Vuabai9 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct in connection with the Account.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more (dormancy policy — prior notice will be provided where practicable).
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder or by a third party with legal authority to act on their behalf.

In cases of Account termination due to confirmed Terms violation, Vuabai9 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including Real Money Funds. In cases of termination for non-violation reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

Vuabai9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all registered players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we maintain a suite of player protection tools accessible from within every Account.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all players upon request or through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system component of the platform.
• Use any Vuabai9 trademarks, brand names, or logos in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vuabai9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Vuabai9 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of gaming session data due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or server failure beyond Vuabai9's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of the Player's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to secure Account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions, e-wallet providers (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), or banking infrastructure (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect).
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Vuabai9's total cumulative liability to any individual Player under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and Vuabai9, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Vuabai9 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification to Vuabai9, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. All formal complaints should be submitted in writing to our support email address. Vuabai9 commits to responding to formal written complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Players acknowledge that outcomes of games determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and live dealer results that have been recorded are final and non-reversible, and that disputes relating to the outcome of fairly-conducted games will not be upheld.

Vuabai9 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — such as those affecting player financial rights, account eligibility, or withdrawal conditions — Vuabai9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification or registered email address at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
